Where do we ship to?
We are shipping pan India.
How long does an order take to process?
We aim to process all orders within 24 working hours. While most orders are fulfilled within 5 working days, please allow us up to 7 working days during high-demand periods like product launches, holidays, or special offers.
How long does shipping take?
All confirmed orders are shipped within 24 working hours. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number. While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to external factors like courier issues, weather, or logistics challenges.
How can you track your order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value. The threshold amount will be shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within India.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, email us at infofandf2025@gmail.com with your order ID.
Will I get a full refund on cancellation?
Absolutely. If your order is canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. We cannot refund to an alternate account or card.
Note: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Returns & Refunds
At F&F, every product is made with precision and backed by science. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. To help us resolve issues quickly, please record an unboxing video when you receive your order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, exchanges are available only for damaged, expired, or incorrect products. Make sure to send us the unboxing video for eligibility.
We offer refund/replacement for the following cases only:

Return/Replacement Process:

Raise a request within 2 days of delivery along with an unboxing video.

We’ll review your request within 48 working hours.

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup via our courier partner.

Once the product is received and verified, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.
Returns/Replacements will not be accepted if:

Products have been opened, used, or altered

Original packaging (labels, boxes) is missing

The request is raised more than 2 days after delivery

Product is reported as missing after 24 hours of marked delivery
